Blaze, a 10-year-old Labrador, is living a joyful life with his adoring family. He has a distinctive and exceptional appearance that resulted from a rare condition he has. Blaze was diagnosed with vitiligo, an autoimmune disease causing depigmentation. Over the past year, his once fully black fur has been replaced by large white patches intermingled with black fur. It all started with a small white spot on his ear which gradually grew more prominent and multiplied. Fortunately, vitiligo only affects pigmentation and is not a life-threatening disease. Blaze enjoys exploring his home in Finland and is equally delighted to be black-and-white as he is to be completely black. His new look catapulted him to online fame, and he now has a dedicated Instagram account where he shines, proving he is a stunning and well-behaved boy. At the age of nine, Blaze’s ear developed a white spot, marking the beginning of his unique transformation.
